WARRANTY Policy

 

All of our Mobro products come with a 1 year replacement warranty.

Your warranty ONLY covers any device issue which is build related. This warranty will not apply if:

 

- damage is caused by accident, abuse and misuse

- the device has been opened, modified or tampered with

- the issue is due to wear and tear

 

My Mobro has the right to assess each claim on a case by case basis. My Mobro has the right to refuse replacement if it is found that the product's defect is not within the warranty policy.
